Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions:
Cancellations up to 4 weeks before the letting will receive a full refund less 10%. If the cancellation occurs within 4 weeks of letting 50% of the tariff will not be refunded however the tenant will have 6 months to use this credit.

Cleaning & Security Deposit:
It is a condition of this booking that tenants must provide a bond. Bonds are payable by direct deposit and are refundable within 5 days of departure assuming the house is left in good order. All damages and replacements must be paid in full by the tenant.
